How do I access the DUCK?
Students and faculty need to access the DUCK to view information about courses, grades, and register / drop classes. Starting October 8th 2008 the DUCK can only be accessed through the SWAN Portal.
To access the DUCK via the SWAN Portal, follow these instructions:
- In a web browser (ex: Internet Explorer) type the following address in the address bar: "http://swan.clayton.edu", and click on "Go".
- At the SWAN login page, type in your network username and password, then click Login.
- After successfully logging into the SWAN, click the "DUCK" icon in the upper right corner next to the "Logout" button.
- The new window that opens will log you into the DUCK.
If you are not able to login to the SWAN using your network username or password, then view the article "I am having trouble with my network credentials."
If you can login to the SWAN but are missing the DUCK icon in the upper right corner of the webpage, please contact the HUB.
If you can login to the SWAN and have a DUCK icon but clicking it does not log you into the DUCK check that you do not have a pop-up blocker interfering with the login process by viewing this article: "Disabling pop-up blockers"
If you can login to the SWAN and have a DUCK icon, and have ensured that you do not have a pop-up blocker interfering with the login process, but still cannot login, then please contact the HUB for further assistance.
